The Flameless Candle Shop Return Policy 

We at the Flameless Candle Shop want to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchase and will try to do our best to solve any issue.

In the event an item is purchased for a gift, and more than 30 days have passes, we may at our sole discretion, issue a store credit, less shipping.

All return items have a 15% restocking fee

Flameless Candles cannot be returned if the cellophane wrap has been removed around the wax candles.

Items that have been damaged by the customer can not be return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return or exchange an item.
